Educational Education - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Master’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field - Experience with Design for Assembly/Manufacturing - Experience with Lean Manufacturing - Exposure to predetermined time standards such as MODAPTS, MOST or MTM - Good interpersonal, teamwork, presentation and communication skills - Strong project management skills and the ability to work to tight project deadlines - Familiarity with discrete event simulation models in FlexSIM or PlantSIM - Exposure to ergonomic validations using Siemens Jack or Process Simulate Human - Familiarity with 3D factory modelling and visualisation softwares (Factory CAD, Line Designer, Factory Design Suite - Autodesk, VisMockup, Process Simulate) - Experience with 3D factory modeling and visualization softwares (Factory CAD, Line Designer, Factory Design Suite - Autodesk, VisMockup, Process Simulate) in any discipline from a recognized institution or university. Selection Process - Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in preliminary examination and main examination.There will be multiple choice questions in the preliminary examination.
