Driving achievement of Revenue and net realisations as per ABP/OSP. Formulation of ABP, LTP, BO&S and Risk Management. Market and Product Profitability analysis. Periodic development and review of product-portfolio matrix. Channel Management: Channel Policy & Pricing Guidelines for B2B and B2ECA customers, driving Channel Incentivisation Programs, OE customer Management, Tripartite and Bipartite MOU Governance. Brand Management: Digital & Social Media Marketing, developing PPA Plans and monitor compliance. Market Advocacy programs for ACE community.
